Research Assistant, Nanotechnology and Textile Lab
Maha Matalqah received her BSc in Chemistry from the College of Science/Computer Science (Minor), Qatar University, in 2018. She first joined Dr. Saoud's research group at VCUarts Qatar in 2019. later, she joined Nanotechnology and nanotextile lab as a research assistant in 2021. Before joining VCUarts Qatar, Maha worked as an undergraduate part-time researcher at the Center of Advanced Materials (CAM)/Qatar University, Analytical chemistry chromatography instruments trainee Anti-Doping Lab (ADLQ), and organizer at Doha International Center for Interfaith Dialogue. Maha has excellent research experience and skills in various fields, such as data analysis and electrochemistry-related techniques. Furthermore, she has experience in various chemistry-related equipment such as ball milling, furnace, glove box, battery casing, hydraulic press/ cutter, casting instruments, and analyzing chemical testing techniques.
