Dr. Summer Bateiha received her Ph.D. in Instructional Leadership and Academic Curriculum with emphasis on Mathematics Education from the University of Oklahoma in 2010. Through her teaching and research, she explores the interdisciplinary connections between mathematics education, literature, social issues, and art and design. Her current research focuses on decolonizing mathematics curriculum through the arts.
