Dr. Ingrid Pretzer is an associate professor at the Department of Adult Health and Nursing Systems School of Nursing, Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Ingrid Pretzer-Aboff is a bio-behavioral researcher who focuses on developing interventions that improve function and optimize the independence of people with PD. Her current research centers on developing and testing devices that deliver vibration stimulation to the nervous system reducing motor symptoms of PD. This effort incorporates faculty and students across disciplines, schools, universities, and industries.
